Fall Festival Block Party '26

Join us for our third annual Fall Fest "Block Party"! This event is FREE for members who have paid their '26-'27 dues. We would like to show appreciation to our members for their support of our association and welcome new members to the neighborhood.

COST FOR NON-MEMBERS: $10/per adult (18+), $5/per child (2-17 years old), children under 2 are free.

Food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are included with the ticket. There will also be live music, games, and activities for the kids.

Not yet a member? Your $50 yearly membership (per household) will quickly pay for itself and allows us to hold events like this, plus our family-friendly events such as our Easter egg hunt, Halloween party, and Winter Stroll. We look forward to bringing you more fun activities throughout the year to get the community together and promote our wonderful volunteer organization.
